Physica is the experimental sister winery to Grimm Artisanal Ales and NYC’s only zero-zero natural wine producer. We specialize in whole cluster, skin contact, spontaneously fermented wines using Long Island-grown grapes.

Orders ship on Mondays & Tuesdays. Any orders that are placed after 3pm on Tuesday will ship out the following Monday.
