We are proud to announce our second collaboration with the legendary Michelin-starred restaurant Blue Hill at Stone Barns. The Blue Hill staff came with an array of fascinating local ingredients that they had grown, foraged, and sourced. After tasting through selections from our oak library together, there were so many compelling possibilities on the table that we made not one collaboration beer but two: Jub Jub Bird, conceived as an “aperitif,” and Tum Tum Tree, conceived as a “digestif.”
The digestif: Tum Tum Tree—a blend of spontaneous and dark sour ales conditioned on spicebush berries and fig leaves—pours a glowing red-amber and is richly spicy on the nose. Spicebush is a plant you have likely passed by on your hikes in New York’s forests. Its berries lend an aroma reminiscent of allspice, black pepper, and citrus. Fig leaves again bring coconut and vanilla to the palate, balancing the medium-minus acidity.

Why do you only ship beer to certain states?
It’s not legal for us to ship to every state.
Do I need to be home to receive my beer order? What if I'm away?
Yes, beer orders require an adult signature upon delivery.
If you are not home, UPS will make multiple delivery attempts. If you are not home on the third attempt, they will send your order back to the brewery. You can receive either a full refund, or we can re-ship your order but you will be charged again for shipping.
Can I return my beer?
No, we don't offer returns. If your beer was damaged in transit, please file a claim with UPS by clicking this link. Please note that you will be asked to provide ample photo documentation of the damaged package.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We're only shipping on Monday and Tuesday. If you’re ordering beer, you should receive it within 2 days unless there are any carrier delays. Reference your UPS tracking number, not the ETA that Shopify will send, for a better idea of when you'll receive your order. If you have ordered merch, we’ll either ship with UPS or USPS - if we can combine it with your beer, we will, but that won’t always be possible. You’ll receive a tracking number either way! Labels are printed before the items are picked up, so the tracking page may not yet give a location. This doesn't mean we aren't shipping your order! It just means we're getting your order ready.
